Bid professionals are sought after to manage projects and develop their careers in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities include monitoring eTender notifications, identifying potential opportunities, managing bid aspects, understanding RFT requirements, producing tender documents, and ensuring all requirements are met.

Role Requirements
  • Monitoring and reviewing eTender notifications.
  • Identifying and summarizing potential opportunities for partners.
  • Managing all aspects of each assigned bid.

Collaboration with MHC partners and associates will be essential to produce high-quality bids and tenders. Advanced Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills are necessary for this role.

Candidate Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Bid / Tender role within a professional services environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will be proactive in seeking new business opportunities and contributing to team growth.
