The successful candidate will assist the Group Quality Director in managing the Quality Management System, ensuring that the care provided meets the needs of the people supported and maintains their safety at all times.

Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing quality systems in a care environment
- Conducting risk assessments and incident reviews
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of regulations, standards, and inspections
- Providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Managing records in electronic format and hard copy

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a third-level qualification in health, social care, or quality management, along with relevant experience working in a social care setting. A full driver's license and eligibility to drive in Ireland are also required.
