  • This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy mechanical contractor as a Mechanical Supervisor.

About the Role:

  • Lead and supervise on-site mechanical teams across multiple live sites.
  • Ensure high-quality work by overseeing daily activities, coordinating subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics.
  • Review and interpret mechanical/plumbing drawings and plans.
  • Monitor progress against programme and report regularly to project leads.
  • Enforce health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Qualified plumber with relevant trade certification.
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in mechanical contracting.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, heating, and general M&E installations.
  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and coordination skills.
  • Safe Pass, Manual Handling & valid site tickets.
  • Full drivers licence required.
