Electrical Engineering Lead

Are you a seasoned Electrical Engineer looking to lead a team and take on new challenges? We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Engineering Lead to join our team in Belgium.

As an Electrical Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Electrical Engineering function and reporting directly to the Project Director & Client. You will manage and mentor Engineers and Package Managers, oversee Technical Submittals & RFIs, and ensure full technical compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

You will also coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, support estimating, procurement, and commissioning teams, and implement value engineering and sustainability solutions. Additionally, you will provide detailed handover documentation and contribute to the development of the team.

To succeed in this role, you will need a Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related) and 5+ years of experience in electrical roles within construction. Data Centre experience is highly desirable. You should possess strong leadership and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Office 365 & engineering software (AutoCAD, Amtech, Dialux, etc.).
