Fire Safety Specialist

Are you a seasoned construction professional looking to specialize in fire safety and inspection?

We are seeking an experienced Fire Inspector to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career in fire engineering.

This role involves working closely with project managers, ensuring that fire safety regulations and standards are met across various projects.

You'll be responsible for creating detailed site reports, issuing fire safety certificates, and making a tangible impact on building safety.

  • Carry out on-site fire safety inspections according to industry regulations.
  • Develop and implement inspection plans to assess fire compliance.
  • Issue detailed site reports outlining findings and required actions.
  • Assist in granting Fire Safety Certificates and Access Certificates.
  • Work closely with project teams, contractors, and site teams to ensure fire safety standards are met.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of construction-based experience, ideally as a Site Engineer, Site Manager, or Resident Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and fire safety standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce clear, structured reports.
  • Strong communication skills, with effective liaison with project teams.
  • A relevant qualification in construction, engineering, or fire safety is desirable.
