A dedicated Health and Safety expert is required to join a team working on datacentre projects in Louth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor effective health, safety, and compliance policies/programs across the organization.
  • Investigate and manage reports of accidents and incidents, documenting them through the company's reporting system.
  • Address health and safety issues efficiently, demonstrating a professional attitude.
  • Ensure confidentiality of recorded information, adhering to relevant rules and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate on-the-job training records and provide guidance to colleagues on relevant information when needed.
  • Support clients' pre-qualification requirements.
  • Collaborate regularly with the Health and Safety Manager.
Requirements:
  • Hold a NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience in overseeing overall company safety policy.
  • Proven track record in monitoring multiple sites and construction projects.
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in construction safety.
  • Background in safety within the Irish construction sector or similar regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexibility to travel across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
