Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital SEO Strategy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our SEO team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital SEO strategies for our clients.

  • Conduct thorough reviews of client proposals and project documentation to ensure a clear understanding of client goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective digital SEO strategies.
  • Participate in internal kickoff meetings to align teams and account managers on project objectives and timelines.
  • Establish and maintain project documentation using project management software to facilitate communication among team members.
  • Perform strategy audits to identify key issues impacting site rankings, including penalties, lost URLs, backlinks, thin content, and un-themed title/meta properties.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify intent-based keywords driving leads and services or product inquiries.
  • Develop sitemaps to optimize page ranking and create information content marketing strategies for national campaigns.
  • Break down strategies into actionable tasks and assign resources, setting clear deadlines and milestones.
  • Estimate hours for new pages or updates, enhance word count for pages, and assign tasks based on priority.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, programming, or web development.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in project management.
  • Solid understanding of general SEO principles and the web-design process.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-focused.
