Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to manage and maintain our Windows and Active Directory systems. This role is responsible for ensuring the security, integrity, and optimal performance of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine security assessments and provide recommendations for best practices.
  • Maintain and monitor Active Directory/Azure Active Directory services.
  • Implement patches and updates to systems and applications.
  • Support the deployment of new and existing IT infrastructure, focusing on VMware and Hyper-V environments.
  • Document new and existing IT architecture, including process and procedure documentation.
  • Update documentation to reflect changes in processes and procedures.
  • Deploy new applications and updates via Intune platform.
  • Manage devices using Intune services.
  • Develop and implement hardened server and laptop images in line with security standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must possess experience in patch management, software deployment, and installation image management through SCCM, InTune, and Auto Patch. Familiarity with Entra ID and Azure services is highly desirable.
