
Grant Documentation Specialist

The role of Grant Documentation Administrator is a key position in our QA and documentation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and organising documentation related to grant applications, approvals, financial reports, and other relevant materials.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date
- Prepare grant documentation and ensure compliance with deadlines
- Monitor grant progress and submit required documents promptly
- Enter data into the grant management system and maintain accurate records
- Support health and safety efforts by maintaining records and administering tasks
- Communicate with stakeholders to clarify documentation requirements
- Format grant documents and create templates to ensure consistency
- Assist in audit preparation by ensuring proper documentation is available and organised
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or document coordination role
- Previous experience in grant administration is advantageous, as is experience working with government departments and in the renewable energy sector
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM database management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
