Administrative Support Role - Grant Management

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Officer for our Grant Management division. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the grant management process by ensuring the preparation and collection of accurate and organized documentation of all aspects of grant applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, uploading grant applications, and ensuring compliance with grant guidelines. You will also work closely with the team to maintain data accuracy, perform basic research on potential grant opportunities, and provide administrative support to the grant team.

This is an office-based role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative and document coordination role, preferably with previous experience in grant administration or government departments.

  • Document Management: Maintain and organize documentation related to grant applications, approvals, financial reports, and other relevant materials
  • Preparation of Grant Documentation: Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
  • Compliance Tracking: Monitor grant deadlines and ensure all documentation is submitted promptly
  • Data Entry and Database Management: Input and maintain data in the grant management software or database, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • H&S: Maintain and collate health and safety records, RAMs, and other associated H&S administrative tasks
  • Communication Support: Follow up liaising with homeowners, BER Assessors, builders, and other professionals on documentation requirements

This position involves working closely with the team to maintain records, upload grant applications, and ensure compliance with grant guidelines. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and CRM database management.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative and document coordination role
  • Previous experience in grant administration is advantageous, as is experience working with government departments
  • Health and Safety experience desirable
Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM database management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
