Staff AI QA Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff AI QA Engineer to play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and ethical integrity of our AI platform.

  • Craft advanced testing strategies and automation frameworks tailored for adaptive systems and complex integrations.
  • Validate AI behavior, secure data pipelines, and enforce quality standards across distributed systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Assurance or Test Engineering with experience in test automation frameworks, API testing, and performance testing. Additionally, they should have a deep understanding of AI/ML model evaluation metrics and methodologies as well as experience testing distributed systems and microservices architectures.

In this role, you will work closely with developers, data scientists, and product managers to define quality gates and testing standards. You will also drive continuous testing practices in agile development cycles and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-quality products.
