Visionary Architect

As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in driving the success of our projects. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team.

Job Description

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs on time and within budget. The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Leading design teams to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions
  • Developing and implementing design strategies that meet client needs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Key Responsibilities

Our Senior Architect will have the following key responsibilities:

  1. Delivery of design scope within budget hours/schedule
  2. Pharma/Facility layout, product flows, separation & adjacency planning
  3. Participation in Technical and Safety reviews / Contribute to Code review and statutory compliance
  4. Contribute to the standardization of Departmental Procedures, Check list and Guidelines
  5. Establish good working relationships and communication with other Leads, Managers, and clients
  6. Support the coordination of project activities with other disciplines as required

Requirements

The successful applicant will have:

  • A third-level qualification in Architecture or related field
  • Minimum 6 – 10 years post graduate experience ideally in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences or Bio-pharma sectors
  • Strong knowledge of software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, Sketchup, Photoshop (or equivalent)
