Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Bar Manager to join our team at The Harcourt Hotel in Dublin. As a key member of our Food and Beverage Division, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the evening and late-night service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage alongside Bar Management all aspects of the F&B Division evenings and late night service
  • Ensure that all food and drink are served to agreed standards across multiple venues
  • Help develop and implement standards to ensure all guests have a memorable experience
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Supervisory or Assistant Manager role within a busy high-end hospitality environment in Ireland
  • Proficiency with Point of Sale systems, including back-office systems
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to manage, train, and motivate a team
  • Extensive knowledge of beers, spirits, and wines
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and sales-driven
  • Demonstrated track record in maximising sales
  • Ambition to drive standards in a busy environment

The Role:
  • Ensure all areas are properly prepared and set-up prior to and after service
  • Respond appropriately to business requirements, events, and high-volume campaigns throughout the calendar year
  • Train to ensure compliance to standards at all levels within the team
  • Assist in stock control management across multiple bar outlets
