We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Care Professional to lead our disability services in Kilshrewley, Longford. As Senior Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and ensuring compliance with regulations.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' managerial experience in a Social Care Setting, preferably managing residential services.
  • A professional degree (minimum level 7) in Social Care or a relevant qualification, such as a postgraduate diploma in management.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing staff performance.
  • A valid full driving license and access to own transport.
  • Working knowledge of legislation and HIQA standards of care.
