About Us

Glancy Enviro is one of Irelands leading environmental services providers, with over 20 years of experience in drainage, CCTV surveys, pest control, pipe repairs, and environmental maintenance. As part of our continued growth, were expanding our Pest Control division ( Pest Pros) and are looking for a Junior Sales Representative to join the team.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is ambitious, motivated, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. You will be supported by an experienced team as you help promote our pest control services to residential and commercial clients.

What Youll Do

  • Identify new business opportunities across various sectors
  • Contact potential customers by phone, email, or in person
  • Help prepare quotes and proposals with guidance from senior team members
  • Update client details and sales activities in the CRM
  • Assist with booking surveys and liaising with the operations team
  • Represent the Pest Pro brand in a confident and professional manner
  • Support marketing and sales campaigns
  • Report weekly activity to the Sales Manager

What Were Looking For
  • 12 years' experience in a sales, customer service, or field-based role (ideal but not essential)
  • Great communication and people skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales role
  • Ability to stay organised and manage your time well
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Full driving licence is an advantage
