About the Role

We are seeking an experienced machine learning scientist with a strong background in algorithmic optimization, deep learning, and data analysis. As a Senior Programmatic Bidding Scientist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and iterating on real-time bidding models and algorithms under the guidance of technical leads.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable, production-ready machine learning models for bidding and budget pacing.
  • Continuously optimize bidding strategies to maximize campaign performance across diverse KPIs.
  • Take ownership of the full lifecycle of bidding models: data preparation, training, evaluation, deployment, and debugging.
Requirements:
  • Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Strong hands-on experience in machine learning model development and optimisation algorithms (e.g., regression, tree-based methods, deep learning, reinforcement learning).
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end ML system design: data pipelines, model training, validation, debugging, and optimisation.
