Key Responsibilities
  • Set up meeting rooms, banquet halls, or conference spaces according to function sheets, ensuring that every detail is meticulously attended to.
  • Maintain tables and chairs in pristine condition by carefully arranging them according to seating plans.
  • Move and arrange furniture, linens, crockery, glassware, cutlery, and decorations with precision and attention to detail.
  • Assist with serving food and beverages as needed, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Monitor stock levels of supplies during events, including tea/coffee stations and stationery for conferences.
Requirements

  • A strong attention to detail, ensuring that rooms are presented to the highest standard.
  • The ability to follow instructions accurately, floor plans, and event briefs.
  • Excellent time management skills, allowing you to work efficiently to meet event deadlines.
