Job Opportunity

 

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Document Controller. This role will involve developing and maintaining document control systems and procedures, supporting and training teams on document management processes and software, leading document management for active projects using Viewpoint for Projects (CDE) and Field View, coordinating document transmittals with clients and ensuring accurate information distribution, reporting on document control KPIs and supporting teams with documentation issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain document control systems and procedures.
  • Support and train teams on document management processes and software.
  • Lead document management for active projects using Viewpoint for Projects (CDE) and Field View.
  • Coordinate document transmittals with clients and ensure accurate information distribution.
  • Report on document control KPIs and support teams with documentation issues.
  • Continuously improve document control procedures to support company growth.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Proven experience in document control within construction, engineering or manufacturing.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Experience supporting and training teams on document control systems.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work closely with senior management and coordinate teams.

 

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Viewpoint for Projects (4P) CDE and Field View.
  • Site-based document management experience.
