Project Lead: Civil and Structural Engineering

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in a dynamic civil and structural consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a pipeline of projects ranging from large-scale commercial and residential builds to educational and healthcare institutions.
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians, prioritizing tasks and ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Oversee the technical aspects of projects, providing expertise in civil and structural engineering.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, relevant technical experience, and the ability to motivate and manage a team. Key qualifications include:
- A minimum of 12 years' experience as a senior structural engineer or chartered engineer with a degree in civil or structural engineering.
- Chartered status or working towards it.
- Proven track record of managing teams and leading complex projects.
The successful applicant can expect a competitive salary, company pension contribution up to 8%, 26 days annual leave, and an annual bonus based on personal performance.
Key Skills and Qualifications:Structural engineering expertise, leadership skills, teamwork, project management, and communication. The ability to work with software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SAP is desirable.
