About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our construction team in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily site activities, including setting up necessary facilities and resources;Ensure timely completion of projects by monitoring progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing quality control procedures;Liaise with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met and requests for information are addressed promptly;Maintain accurate records, including site diaries and personnel levels, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A technical or trade background, with at least 5 years' experience in the construction industry;
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget;
  • Knowledge of current building regulations and the ability to read and cross-check construction drawings;
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team;
  • The capacity to work effectively with utility service providers and other stakeholders.

Benefits:

This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary range of €65,000 to €90,000 per annum. The package also includes a performance-based bonus structure, benefits, and opportunities for career advancement.
