Lead Store Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Offaly.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the store's operations, including inventory management and customer service
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, conducting regular stock takes
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the store
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or convenience store industry
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and sales techniques
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
