Dublin (Company Car or Car allowance inc) Were seeking an experienced Commercial Support Lead to play a vital role in our Sales Division, ensuring our FMCG clients enjoy exceptional, consistent service.
Youll work hand-in-hand with our Account Director, embedding best practices, driving operational improvements, and coaching our talented Account Managers to shine.
About the role: In FMCG, speed, precision, and consistency are everything.
Youll be the person who keeps our delivery consistent, our standards high, and our people supported making a real difference to both client satisfaction and commercial performance.
What Youll Do: Partner with the Account Director to ensure seamless operational delivery for multiple FMCG accounts.
Be the go-to support for Account Managers resolving challenges quickly and effectively.
Standardise processes and embed service excellence across all accounts.
Mentor and coach team members to grow confidence, capability, and performance.
Lead client onboarding and internal rollouts, managing data and reporting flows.
Assist with preparation and delivery at key client review meetings when required.
Work closely with HR, Warehouse, and Tactical teams to keep client delivery aligned.
Support Account Director with budget monitoring, cost efficiency, and accurate P&L reporting.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
What Youll Bring: Proven experience in client services, account management, or operations (FMCG experience is a big plus).
Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a track record of developing people.
Outstanding organisation and problem-solving skills.
Experience implementing consistent processes and service standards.
Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Power BI.
Proactive communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with cross-functional teams.
