A Field Support Specialist is a vital role in our organisation, focusing on delivering top-notch ICT-related services. This position requires providing first-level technical assistance for complex issues, involving logging incidents and offering second-level support via various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Function as the primary point of contact for ICT support calls, documenting all incidents thoroughly.
- Offer second-level support through phone, email, and remote desktop solutions.
- Deliver on-site technical assistance to users at our Dublin offices.
- Evaluate intricate problems and escalate them to senior staff members when necessary.
- Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Windows Operating System, and device management.
- A solid background in ICT helpdesk and end-user support is essential.
- Proficiency in setting up smart devices, including iOS and Android platforms.
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in ICT field or helpdesk roles at an intermediate level.
