This role offers a unique opportunity to work as a Financial Administrator in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Our client, Connect Recruitment, is seeking an experienced professional to join their team in Longford town.

Key Duties:

Job Summary
  • Support the Finance Manager in maintaining accurate financial records and processing payments.
  • Review and monitor customers' credit terms for manufacturing, ensure receipt of dispatch docket for invoicing process, and email invoices along with customer packs.
  • Monitor and review stock pricing to ensure it is up to date and produce reports for Finance Manager to demonstrate stock levels.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications, such as Leaving Cert Standard or a relevant third-level qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years administration experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Or Finance graduate with minimum 1 year's experience working in a Finance department.
