Job OverviewThe Business Enablement function supports our organization by overseeing governance, regulatory compliance, risk and control management, and delivering high-quality reporting to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Support in managing the business' risks and controls, including any regulatory requirements, policy breaches, operational risk events, and complaints.
- Complete quality assurance activities and support effective communication and coordination with assurance teams as required.
- Support regulatory and governance oversight, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Key Accountabilities:
- Prepare and present reports for Senior Management and various fora/committees.
- Participate in Change initiatives to drive process improvements, system automation and enhanced MI.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with organizational goals.
What You Will Bring;
- Previous experience in an operational risk, business support, quality assurance or compliance focused role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving, and project management skills.
