This role involves ensuring the efficient management of data, financial reconciliations and general office administration across multiple entities.

  • Achieve accurate and timely inputting of invoices into accounting software.
  • Conduct regular creditor and bank reconciliations to guarantee accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Manage general office administrative tasks to support smooth daily operations.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within construction or finance-related environments.
  • Proficiency in using accounting systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail for accurate data entry and reconciliation tasks.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with industry processes and terminology is an advantage.

Key Qualifications:

  • Further qualifications in administration, finance or related fields preferred.

Educational Requirements:
