About This Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to fill this role as a Renal Clinical Specialist.
  • This individual will play a key part in our team, working closely with customers to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To educate and support customers in the effective use of renal products to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to optimize sales potential and expand market share.
  • Liaise with medical professionals, technicians, nurses, and educators within the Irish healthcare environment as required.
  • To provide high-quality patient-focused service as part of a dedicated team.
  • Serve assigned accounts and identify new business opportunities while proactively developing and presenting company products.
  • Evaluate and capitalize on business development prospects.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for company renal products.
  • Contribute to tender submissions, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure timely delivery.
  • Flexibility to travel to all customers throughout Ireland is essential.
  • Achieve maximum profitability/margins in line with defined targets through focused sales efforts.
  • Monitor competitor activity and maintain accurate customer and territory records through CRM reports.
  • Maximize the use and sale of company products by applying high standards of product knowledge and professional selling skills.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in Nursing with experience in Renal Nursing.
  • Proven track record in Sales Roles.
  • Hospital or Community Care Sales Experience.
  • Renal Therapies sales experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong administrative, time management, and IT skills.
  • Clean full driving license.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland.
