As a senior logistics professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of inventory and asset management activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize ticketing queues and resolve escalations to support inventory and asset management activities.
  • Provide task-specific guidance to technicians responsible for deliveries and documentation of inbound/outbound packages.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders such as third-party warehouses, OEM vendors, and suppliers to facilitate deliveries.
  • Perform assigned tasks and escalate issues during high-volume or escalation situations.
  • Maintain a focus on stakeholder needs to improve quality and maximize customer investment returns.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through proper procedures.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma and experience in warehouse/supply chain within an IT environment, inventory management, retail, or a related field are required.
  • The ability to meet security screening requirements, including Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
  • Preferred qualifications: experience in warehouse/supply chain in an IT environment, logistics, or operating heavy equipment.
