The Director of Midwifery will lead the midwifery service at a major hospital, responsible for the strategic direction and management of the department.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in midwifery leadership and management, with a strong track record of achievement in a similar role.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective strategies, policies, and procedures that drive quality improvement and patient safety.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Certification as a Registered Midwife (RM) or equivalent qualification.
