Project Manager: Capital Works

Join a leading healthcare infrastructure body as a qualified Project Manager to deliver capital and minor works projects across the Dublin South and South West region.

  • Lead the planning, budgeting, and delivery of minor and major capital works.
  • Manage contractors and multidisciplinary teams across multiple healthcare sites.
  • Oversee M&E systems implementation, building services maintenance, and refurbishment projects.
  • Evaluate compliance with procurement regulations, safety standards, and statutory building codes.
  • Contribute to property planning, asset lifecycle management, and environmental sustainability goals.

Requirements:

  • A Level 8 degree (or higher) in Engineering, Architecture, or Surveying.
  • 5+ years' post-qualification experience in construction, M&E, or facilities management.
  • Experience in managing public-sector or healthcare capital projects preferred.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, building regulations, and Health & Safety legislation.
