Cloud Transformation Leader

Key responsibilities:
Develop and execute large-scale cloud migration strategies, lead the transition of critical workloads to AWS, build scalable and secure cloud environments, manage internal infrastructure teams and third-party vendors.

As a key leader in our technology team, you will oversee the migration of complex workloads from on-premise and legacy platforms to AWS, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum value.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading AWS cloud migration programmes or large-scale infrastructure modernisation projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of AWS services, cloud architecture, and migration frameworks.
  • Track record of defining and implementing enterprise-level cloud strategies.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, influencing technology direction, and driving change across complex organisations.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing technical teams and vendor partners.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS) and cloud governance models.
  • Degree in IT or equivalent experience.
