Lead Educator Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our childcare service team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operation of the childcare room, including reviewing programs, observations, staff performance, and administrative duties.
  • Provide a safe and stimulating environment in the childcare facility.
  • Actively engage with children's play experiences, encouraging their development and sense of identity.
Requirements:
  • Minimum QQI/FETAC Level 7 qualification in Early Childhood Care & Education.
  • Two years' experience working in the Early Childhood Care and Education sector.
  • Experience in a supervisory role.
  • Child-centred focus with knowledge of Early Years regulations and quality frameworks (Siolta and Aistear).
