Job Overview
Pension Administration Assistant required to support the development and implementation of a professional HR Pension service. This role involves assisting with the administration of superannuation/pension schemes, including assessment of new employee data, management of queries, and responsibility for organisation of retirement functions.

Main Responsibilities
• Assisting with the day-to-day operation and administration of multiple superannuation schemes, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Working closely with the Pensions Team to administer superannuation/pension schemes, including notional service schemes, family law benefits, and annual pensions declaration forms.
• Supporting the development of appropriate systems and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Reviewing and implementing changes to systems, policies, and procedures to deliver a quality pensions service.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including scheme members and government agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Strong IT skills with a high level of competency in MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
• Experience of HR/Payroll systems would be an advantage.
• Excellent attention to accuracy and detail combined with an ability to communicate pension information concisely.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
• Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information.
