Our company is seeking a skilled professional to take on the role of Tech Transfer Project Manager. This key position involves leading and providing expertise to ensure reliable supply and commercialization of externally manufactured APIs, intermediates, and starting materials.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tech transfer plans for new products, ensuring that scope is proactively managed via collaboration with project sponsors.
  • They will also develop and oversee the execution of the project plan, delivering project milestones in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and risk registers.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • A higher degree or certification in a relevant field (e.g., MS, MBA, Masters in Project Management or PMP, Six Sigma Black/Green belt).
  • Experience in typical unit operations for large molecule expression and purification, peptides, and/or small molecule manufacture.
  • Project management qualifications or demonstrated ability to develop detailed project plans including critical path and risk register analysis.
