Regional Clinical Director Role Overview

This is a key leadership position that provides strategic direction and support to the Regional Clinical Director.


  • The Business Manager will be responsible for ensuring the Regional Clinical Director has the necessary resources and information to discharge their duties effectively.
  • They will also support the Regional Clinical Director in delegating tasks to direct reports and senior managers, while providing oversight of delegated work.
  • The Business Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Chief Clinical Director's office and managing the operational aspects of the RCD's and CCD's office.
  • Key responsibilities include coordinating documentation preparation for meetings attended by the RCD, ensuring they are fully briefed with relevant information, and managing commitments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
