Job Opportunity: Lead Project Engineers

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our Infrastructure teams as Senior Lead Project Engineers. This is an exciting opportunity for resilient and motivated individuals who are interested in working with the Infrastructure Delivery team to deliver key infrastructure projects for some of the biggest companies in the world.

About the Role

This role involves taking responsibility for the delivery of a range of medium to large infrastructure projects to approved schedule, budget, and quality requirements.

  • Deliver complex solutions on-time and within budget, respecting established governance and controls.
  • Ensure all stakeholders' requirements are met and that the transmission system and associated developments meet industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes and achieve business objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects across their entire life cycle – from project initiation, through construction and commissioning and right up to project close.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a holistic understanding of the power industry and be able to manage a portfolio of largescale projects, overseeing the delivery of complex solutions and driving successful outcomes.

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to articulate technical concepts and analysis to non-technical audiences and business leaders.
  • Able to coach and develop high performance capabilities in a changing and dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience of managing a portfolio of largescale projects, overseeing the delivery of complex solutions and driving successful outcomes.
