Site Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This role involves working with us to deliver high-quality services across various sectors.

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in construction and a passion for quality assurance.

  • Regular site inspections to verify compliance with construction drawings, specifications, and building regulations
  • Quality, safety, and progress reporting via detailed site reports and photographs

The scope of projects includes large-scale residential blocks, office towers, and high-security data centres. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success
  • Ensuring that materials and workmanship meet client and regulatory standards
  • Supporting handover and snagging processes
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Clerk of Works, Site Inspector, or Quality Assurance role
  • Solid understanding of UK/Irish construction standards and regulations
  • Experience across Data Centres, commercial, or high-rise residential projects is desirable
