Job Role Summary
The Senior Cash Payments Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and quality assuring external and internal cash payments within strict deadlines.
- Main responsibilities include reviewing, approving and QA checking Redemption, Subscription, Dividend, Commission and Rebate payments
- Ensuring queries are responded to in line with department procedures and protocols
- Work queue management and completion within set service level agreements
- Maintaining a close working relationship with other areas of the business and external stakeholders
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Previous financial services experience is desirable
- Customer Service skills an advantage
- Ability to review and resolve complex issues under pressure meeting challenging deadlines
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Effective verbal reasoning and numeric skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
