Financial Services Specialist

The Transfer Agency department is responsible for providing fund services to numerous fund management companies, covering shareholder service functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately and efficiently oversee reconciliations for assigned accounts within relevant deadlines.
- Respond to queries in line with established department procedures.
- Effectively manage work queues and complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to monitoring mailboxes to ensure all queries are completed within service level agreements.
- Collaborate with Transfer Agency partners to monitor and resolve reconciliation entries & queries.
- Strong administrative and customer service skills.
- Ability to assist with investor/client inquiries.
- Reporting and flagged information knowledge.
- Keen interest in the financial sector.
- Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
