We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Quality Control Specialist. This role involves planning, executing, and delivering quality control and validation testing across regulatory validation projects.
This includes assessing control effectiveness, identifying and analyzing risks, prioritizing tasks for on-time delivery, and conducting interviews, observing operations, documenting processes, and controls.
About the Role- Demonstrate expertise in control assessment and testing.
- Design and execute quality control/validation testing plans.
- Ensure high-quality workpaper standards and documentation.
- Analyze risks, prioritize validation tasks, and deliver results on time.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in financial services, strong initiative, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements- Proven experience in financial services or similar consultancy experience.
- Direct internal audit or testing experience.
- Strong knowledge of test plan writing and execution.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
