Senior Analyst Role

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Process and quality check a wide range of dealing transactions through internal systems, adhering to regulatory and client standards.
  2. Provide input for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  3. Support and guide team members daily; assist with workflow distribution and resource management.
  4. Identify, document, and share new procedures and controls.
  5. Perform complex activities with significant financial, client, or internal impact.
  6. Interact with committees and senior management as needed.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior staff.
  8. Manage daily operational activities and supervise work of junior employees without formal management responsibilities.
  9. Maintain technical expertise and broader knowledge of related areas.
  10. Deliver high-quality work with minimal revisions.
  11. Facilitate discussions and decision-making processes.
