Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and organized Financial Services Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of AML operations workload allocated on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You will also have a positive can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process investor documentation in adherence with AML policy and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and line management to identify and escalate complex problems and critical issues.
  • Ensure that all queries from internal and external parties are dealt with efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AML regulation and best practice.
