Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a full range of financial operations services to our clients, including payroll, RCT, and VAT submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision of a timely and accurate financial operations service to our clients.
- Dealing with Revenue queries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
- Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Performing ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A recognized accounting qualification, such as an Accounting Technician diploma.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar financial operations role.
- Excellent knowledge of VAT, PAYE, and RCT compliance.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
