Program Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Program Manager role in our global operations team. This position will involve supporting operational projects, program management, and cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic technology environment.

The successful candidate will support operational teams in delivering projects that drive efficiency, process improvements, and high-quality outcomes. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including policy, operations, and quality, to manage day-to-day workflows, raise capacity requests, and ensure team priorities are met.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute operational projects, ensuring alignment with team goals and KPIs.
  • Support day-to-day operations, including workflow management, quality tracking, and vendor coordination.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, inform decisions, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process, policy, and product improvements.
  • Attend training and meetings to understand and apply operational policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in program management, operations, technology, or consulting.
  • Strong experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with content moderation, trust and safety, or related operational support roles.
  • Ability to handle potentially graphic or objectionable content professionally.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data tools (SQL, SAS, Tableau, Squeal, or similar).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under pressure.
  • Familiarity with technology operations or online community safety.

This is a mid-senior level contract position, fully on-site in Dublin, offering a competitive salary.
