Senior Clinical Operations Lead

The Senior Clinical Operations Lead is responsible for the global execution of assigned large and/or complex clinical trials from study design, through execution, to study close out. This role requires a high-degree of independence and accountability for study timelines, budget, and ensuring study conduct is in accordance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads cross-functional study teams responsible for clinical study delivery and provides operational input into protocol development.
  • Oversees the development of study specific documentation, including case report forms, data management plans, and monitoring plans.
  • Ensures compliance with clinical trial registry requirements and identifies outsourcing needs of the study.
  • Provides input into baseline budget development and management, as well as baseline timeline development and management.
  • Lets risk assessment and identifies risk mitigation strategies at the study level.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Advanced expertise in clinical operations and ability to implement strategic direction and guidance for respective clinical studies.
  • Demonstrates expert knowledge and a data-driven approach to planning, executing, and problem-solving.
  • Strong budget management experience and ability to influence and negotiate across a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to build, lead, and develop productive study teams and collaborations.
Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary range of $148,300 - $241,900 per annum, as well as comprehensive benefits including health and wellness programs, fitness centers, equity awards, annual bonuses, and paid time off for eligible employees at all levels.
