Job Title: Director, Operational Excellence Design

This is a senior leadership role that requires expertise in operational excellence and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and experience in designing and implementing operational excellence frameworks.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and owning the global operational excellence maturity model, partnering with site operational excellence teams to support delivery of network-wide goals, and leading the design, testing, and continuous improvement of operational excellence elements, tools, and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and own the global operational excellence maturity model
  • Partner with site operational excellence teams to support delivery of network-wide goals
  • Lead the design, testing, and continuous improvement of operational excellence elements, tools, and standards
  • Develop and implement capability building tracks and training programs
  • Establish mechanisms and digital/AI tools to enable sites and functions to access tools, standards, playbooks, and training resources
Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations management, or a related field, and at least 8 years of experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
