Job Title: Medical Laboratory Expert

This is a highly challenging and rewarding role that requires an individual to work at the forefront of medical science.


  • Deliver outstanding service in Near Patient Testing, contributing to the development and implementation of services that support clinical needs and align with hospital values.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all aspects of patient or hospital information.
  • Effectively delegate tasks to provide a high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with Department Consultant, Laboratory Manager, and other senior staff members to introduce new ideas and methods, adhering to hospital policy.
  • Participate in the registration, custody, and stock level management of Near Patient Testing reagents and consumables as required.
  • Ensure adherence to departmental procedures for record-keeping.
  • Verify that all activities related to specimen receipt, analysis, and reporting are conducted accurately.
