Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR files to ensure all employee information is current.
  • Onboarding new employees and facilitating their transition into the workplace.
  • Managing the administration of our HR system to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Conducting final payroll checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Managing joiners and leavers for payroll purposes.
  • Providing reports on employee data as required.
  • Preparing quarterly joiners and leavers reports for management.
  • Compiling monthly sick leave reports for relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensuring breaks are being taken and that all employees are clocking in correctly.
  • Managing access cards and tracking employee usage.
  • Performing general HR administrative tasks, such as responding to letter requests and managing maternity and paternity benefit forms.
  • Participating in ad hoc HR projects arising from the Employee Survey.
  • Assisting with interviews for Bottling Line roles.
  • Managing employee workwear.
  • Acting as a note taker for HR meetings, including performance management, absence management, and disciplinary procedures.
