**Job Title:** Senior Business Analyst

**About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

  • You will collaborate with developers, domain experts, and business partners to break down business requirements into technically achievable user stories.
  • You will ensure that backlog items meet the team's acceptance criteria so that all pre-requisites are in-place, and they are in a 'Ready for development' state.
  • You will take part in backlog refinement sessions to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment with development priorities.
  • You will support the integration of various systems and applications.
  • You will assist in designing and documenting Identity Governance processes.
  • You will create meaningful functional specifications which feed into the overall design and solution.
  • You will support testing and validation to ensure that developed features meet business requirements.
**Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst, particularly in Agile environments involving user stories, sprint planning, and backlog management.
  • Experience working with identity governance tools.
  • Broad general technical expertise in relation to integrations of systems and solid understanding of databases, APIs, directory services, and related concepts.
  • Familiarity with identity lifecycle concepts such as provisioning, access reviews, RBAC, SSO, and MFA.
  • Awareness of compliance requirements insofar as they relate to identity governance.
  • Technical ability in scripting, SQL, API connectivity, and data analysis to assist in exploring design options for integration.
  • Essential Qualifications: 3rd level qualification in IT.
