About the Role

This exciting opportunity is a chance to take on a leadership position in our food services team. As Catering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our catering service.

You will manage a team of staff, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service. This includes managing rotas, recruitment, training, and performance.

Another key aspect of this role is budget management. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing catering budgets, cost controls, and stock levels to ensure financial targets are met.

Maintaining compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and company policies at all times is also crucial.

Developing menus in collaboration with the client and culinary team, ensuring variety, nutrition, and customer satisfaction is also part of your responsibilities.

Your excellent communication and client relationship management skills will be essential in building strong working relationships with the client and other service managers on-site.

Conducting regular quality checks, audits, and customer feedback assessments to maintain standards and improve service is also an important part of this role.

In addition, you will support company initiatives around sustainability, food waste reduction, and healthy eating.
